Refund Policy

At WEBYMOM, we take pride in delivering high-quality IT solutions including website development, app development, custom CRM systems, and other technology services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties while maintaining the value of the professional time and resources invested in each project.

General Policy

  • All payments made to WEBYMOM for services are considered final once the project has commenced or access to our resources, systems, or design assets has been granted.
  • Refunds are generally not provided for completed or partially completed services due to the nature of digital work and intellectual deliverables.
  • If a client wishes to discontinue services, any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly, and the remaining project amount may be adjusted at WebyMom’s discretion.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • If the project has not been initiated and no resources or time have been allocated by our team.
  • If the service delivered does not match the initial written scope of work, and the client has provided timely feedback and cooperation as agreed.
  • If an unresolvable technical issue occurs from our end, preventing the project’s successful execution, and alternative solutions cannot be provided.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind or business strategy after project initiation.
  • Delays or issues arising due to client’s lack of response, incomplete information, or failure to provide necessary materials.
  • Third-party costs (e.g., domain registration, hosting, plugins, software licenses, payment gateway charges) are strictly non-refundable.
  • Maintenance, digital marketing, SEO, or subscription-based service fees once initiated are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–14 business days from the date of confirmation, via the original payment method.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be made only to the original payer account.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute or disagreement regarding a project or payment, WEBYMOM encourages open communication to resolve the matter amicably. Clients can contact our support team for clarification or resolution before initiating any chargeback or external action.
