Cancellation Policy

At WEBYMOM, we understand that project requirements and business priorities can change. Our cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness while considering the effort, time, and resources invested in every project.

Project Cancellation by Client

  • Clients may request project cancellation at any stage by providing written notice to WEBYMOM at [email protected].
  • If cancellation is requested before project initiation and no resources have been allocated, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund as per our Refund Policy.
  • Once project work has begun, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the percentage of work completed, team hours spent, and third-party expenses incurred.
  • Any completed milestones, designs, or deliverables up to the date of cancellation will be billed and made available to the client upon settlement of dues.

Project Cancellation by WEBYMOM

WEBYMOM reserves the right to cancel or suspend a project under the following circumstances:
  • Non-receipt of required materials, feedback, or approvals from the client for more than 15 business days.
  • Repeated delays in payment or breach of agreed payment schedules.
  • Violation of our terms of service, unethical behavior, or misuse of our work, systems, or brand assets.
In such cases, the client will be notified via email, and any applicable refunds or credits will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

Third-Party Services

  • Charges paid to third-party vendors such as domain registrars, hosting providers, payment gateways, or software licensors are non-refundable upon cancellation.
  • Any renewals, integrations, or external service subscriptions already activated on the client’s behalf cannot be canceled or refunded.

Notice Period and Communication

  • All cancellation requests must be formally communicated in writing via email. Verbal or chat-based cancellations are not considered official.
  • WEBYMOM aims to acknowledge and confirm all cancellation requests within 2–3 business days of receipt.
